We collect the data you provide via the contact form: name, email, company, message and technical usage data (anonymised IP, browser) when consented.
Purposes
To respond to your enquiry, manage the commercial relationship, fulfil legal obligations and — only with consent — statistical analysis of the site.
Retention period
Contact data is kept for 24 months. Analytics data: 14 months. You can request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Exercise via suporte@gomezcarralero.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portugal) or your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Data is hosted in the EU by default. There are no third-party transfers for typography (Geist fonts are self-hosted).
